1.) Again, deportation isn’t generally a prison sentence.  XX% of the time they are put on a plane and released in their home country.  That’s a huge false equivalence in and of itself self.

For this reason the SCOTUS has for over a century ruled deportation is a civil process not a criminal punishment. 

2.) You arguing (if you agree with the post) for jailing innocent people for  rejecting your policy stances. 

Me arguing illegals migrants should be sent to their home countries ≠ me arguing they should be imprisoned. 

You’re saying Americans should be denied full protections of their government for expressing ideas you disagree with on non-citizens. 

You’re literally taking the fascist position. Put your own countrymen in prison for disagreeing with you on migration policy. 

That’s literally fascism
