The only thing the SEC is doing is reviewing and commenting on their Registration until they are satisfied with the disclosures they are providing. It's kind of a misnomer that the SEC approves these things.. they don't. They just make sure the disclosures are adequate. The SEC doesn't approve the merger, we shareholders will via the Proxy.
