🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇷 Just during the XX Day War last month alone, the US expended:

Over XXX Talon interceptors for THAAD

~80 SM-3s

That's in addition to other previous expenditures against Iranian & Houthi ballistic missiles.

The US Army has only received XXX Talons to date. 

The Missile Defense Agency has got to substantially increase Talon & SM-3 procurement. 

In FY2018 & 2019 during the first Trump Admin over XXX Talons were ordered each year, but this year they are ordering just XX in the base budget and XX more via reconciliation funding. 

Due to the uncertainty that existed with future appropriations, MDA decided to push deliveries of Lot XX (FY21) interceptors back to April 2027 from Feb 2025 to ensure there would be no break in production after the conclusion of FMS deliveries to Saudi Arabia.
