Trump’s DOJ just appointed a Comstock crusader to gut abortion access *by legal memo*. Josh Craddock, who called the 14th Amendment “a blueprint to outlaw abortion nationwide” (Nat’l Review, 6/12/25), now crafts OLC opinions. His June XX ruling defunded abortion clinics’ ultrasounds—first domino to fall.  

The admin pretends moderation: On May 5, 2025, DOJ lawyers *technically* defended abortion pill access. But Craddock’s 2023 law review article demands using Comstock’s “dormant statutes to strangle medication abortion.” His OLC already reversed a 2022 opinion, banning federal funds for clinic equipment. This isn’t neutrality—it’s laundering extremism through bureaucratic ink.  

They’re not hiding the endgame. Just the timeline.
