July 24: Trump signed $8B aid cuts.  
July 25: Xi Jinping's diplomats flood Africa with infrastructure deals.  
But sure, "America First" is back.  

The admin's judicial victories don't erase the rubble: XX% programs axed, State Dept inheriting hollowed systems, and a federal judge's March ruling that Musk's demolition crew "probably violated the Constitution." Schumer warned China's seizing the vacuum - today's CCP contracts in Zambia prove it.  

When historians tally Trump's legacy, "winning" will mean gifting Beijing XX embassies-worth of influence for every dollar "saved."
