Reuters claims XXX incidents of aid theft were NOT Hamas, but then admits XX are unidentified and XX more involved unnamed “armed actors”! And some may have reached Hamas admin officials, they don't know! Another preposterous piece of fake journalism that is shilling for Hamas.
