It looks like the raise can be oversubscribed.

I'm not sure how this works but if it is oversubscribed, i feel pretty bearish on the launchpad. Imo they should go with FCFS method. 

Why?

I don’t fully understand how this works but if the type of launchpad let everyone to pledge in and then allocates by % with refunds for remaining funds 

It'll feel the same as Binance Alpha without the points system and we all know how bad it is now.

This made me really concerned about the success of the launchpad.
