That was disproven with the likes of BIS, Oracle & ECB quoting Quant as partners

Then they said Overledger was bad tech,

UK Finance & EY begged to differ saying OVL served as the point of access for ALL 3rd parties in UK RLN

And we can't forget about "Token not needed"
