REPORT: Joe Biden sold his presidential memoir's publishing rights… for millions of dollars less than the sums that Barack Obama and Bill Clinton received.

Biden is set to receive "an advance in the range of $XX million," the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

But his payout is significantly less than those of his predecessors: 

-In 2017, former president Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama received $XX million for the rights to their memoirs, according to reports at the time. 
-Former president Bill Clinton was paid $XX million for his 2004 memoir My Life.
