Some people's dream of living under russian rule may stem from nostalgia for a supposedly simpler time or economic stability, associated with low prices in the Soviet era (such as "sausage for two, twenty"). However, this notion ignores real challenges such as restrictions or loss of freedom and economic backwardness. Such dreams are often romanticized and not based on the full historical reality.

Or to put it another way – under the russians, everything turns to shit.
