🎙️ There’s been a lot of noise about this whole Messi All-Star “suspension” situation. But let me be real with you…

Messi and Inter Miami made the RIGHT call. 

All-Star games in the middle of the season? It’s pointless. Players grinding week in, week out; and we expect them to hop on a plane for a glorified exhibition while chasing trophies and fighting through muscle fatigue?

Nah. Enough.

Sometimes it takes a GOAT to make a stand so the rest can follow. 🐐

This should be a wake-up call for MLS: protect your players, respect the calendar, and stop forcing old traditions that don’t fit modern football.

I don't know of any other futbol league that has this sort of game in the middle of their season.
