This is a picture of the ISIS commander and allegedly he has been killed in Iraq 2016 but that turned out to be false. 

The important question to ask now: why was a high ranking ISIS commander able to hide in a city which is controlled by the SNA and the Turkish military since 2017? 
Why are so many ISIS high ranking commanders hiding in territories which are controlled by Turkey via the STG? 

X years of hiding - who financed and supplied these ISIS operatives in a city under tight control of the SNA and the Turkish military?
