AGC didn’t ban protests. It simply reminded civil servants of their legal limits — as it should.

Civil servants aren’t ordinary protesters. They’re bound by General Orders, service circulars & the Public Officers (Conduct & Discipline) Regs 1993.

AGC, as legal adviser to govt under Art. 145, has every right to interpret the law for them.

So no — this isn’t “dictatorship”. It’s called doing your job.

If you're a teacher, enforcement officer, or govt staff in uniform joining a political rally - yes, that’s a potential breach.

AGC didn’t say the Rakyat can’t turun. They said public servants have responsibilities — & reminded them before they act, not after.

Only in Malaysia can upholding service law be spun as political oppression.

So please — stop pretending to expose something everyone already knows.

The AGC isn't overreaching. You're just overreacting.

Let me know if you want this broken into a tweet thread or translated.
