I left the board of Reddit because I couldn’t imagine explaining inaction to my daughter. I hadn't been able to convince them to ban r/watchpeopledie or thousands of hate communities while I was in my seat, so it was time to leave and force the change.

That decision changed everything for me. I went on to build something that aligned with my values AND my ambition. Now, @SevenSevenSix is my life’s work.
