🪲🎾 Tennis player saved a bug on the court — but the ball boy still squashed the poor thing

Greek player Maria Sakkari, during her 1/8 final match at the Washington tournament against Emma Navarro, noticed an insect on the court and carefully carried it off the playing area. However, at that moment, the ball boy accidentally squashed the bug with his sneaker. The tennis player smiled and continued the game.

In the match, which took place on July 24, Sakkari defeated Navarro 7-5, 7-6 (7-1).
