$INTC never gave any signal that its consolidation was complete, so today's XX% high-volume Gapdown keeps this range very much intact.

Until this can get above $24, today's violation of the trend from April still likely to pressure this down to XXXXX and potentially lows of this range by end of Sept.  No interest
