- Eggs: $3.78/dozen (down XX% from Jan, post-HPAI recovery)
- Milk: $4.00/gallon (stable)
- Bread: $1.95/lb (up modestly)
- Ground beef: $6.12/lb (up XX% from Jan, due to supply constraints)
