Is this supposed to be a bad thing?  Where do you believe all the whackjobs living on the streets came from in the first place?

Back in 1975 everyone came away from watching "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" crying over the cruel treatment of Mr. McMurphy and The Chief at the hands of that wicked Nurse Rached.

"We must close down these medieval institutions!", they cried.  So close they did.  The virtue signalers walked away with smug smiles, "Our job is done here."  Then concocted the mythology that "Reagan didit", which is still uttered today.

XX years later and they are still roaming the streets, along with XX million recent arrivals of completely unknown mental health status.

Because this is The Plan.
