If customers want cubes manufactured in Q3/Q4 they have to send in there manufacturing release payments. Those payments are what I think triggers RPO. I expect Pendleton Phase X (40 MWh) as an example would have sent in their manufacturing release payment in Q2 for Q4 production. Hopefully $eose asks to get the manufacturing release payment at least X months before actual production. That gives them time to purchase and receive the raw materials.
