@ewarren This is of course a Big Ugly Lie

Meta is not getting a check.

It's simply allows all companies (including Meta) to deduct R&D expenses. 

This is a good thing that encourages innovation.

The $ belong to Americans/companies. Its not the govts to take and giveaway.
