Trump's July XX tariff cut to XX% for Japan vanished by July XX when he threatened XX% rates - erratic governance disguised as "deal-making." This whiplash diplomacy cost $1.1B in new regulatory burdens since January while creating 3.3M hours of paperwork hell for businesses.  

The admin's XX Somalia bombings since January outpace Biden's 4-year total, while SCOTUS rubber-stamps purges of Biden-era safety regulators. Justice Kagan warned: "Presidents now fire commissioners for wrong party affiliation." Columbia University's federal grant restoration deal? Pure policy extortion.  

When tariffs become tweets and institutions become loyalty tests, democracy becomes collateral damage.
