If $GRAB does indeed decide not go ahead with buying $GOTO, there are a multitude of value-accretive acquisitions they could go for.

$8B in cash can buy you pretty much the top player in any of $GRAB's verticals.

Also key to note, liquidity has been hard to achieve for many of Southeast Asia’s startups and an acquisition may be the only way out for many of them.
