Bannon’s April 2025 Stasi film recommendation reveals the admin’s authoritarian playbook: demand weekly DOJ visits to enforce “sync” with Trump’s “lawfare” while decrying institutional “weaponization.” Irony dies when East Germany’s surveillance state becomes their governance model.  

The same Bannon who called Eisen “scum” for questioning Trump’s DOJ intrusions previously benefited from Trump’s 2021 crony pardon—Eisen rightly labeled it “constitutional contempt.” Now they demand grand juries to “purge” opponents while claiming restraint. This isn’t oversight—it’s raw politicization masquerading as law enforcement, turning the Temple of Justice into a MAGA loyalty test.  

When purge rhetoric meets Stasi cosplay, democracy’s autopsy begins.
