It turned out what was labeled as America First, always meant 
Israel First:

Many of us had high hopes in Donald Trump. 
He's different!
He can't be bought!
He truly cares about America! Many of us still stubbornly cling to those hopes and stubbornly refuse to accept the bitter truth.
Donald Trump and Barack Obama are much more similar in morals and character than many would like to admit. 
And they serve the same master!
Donald Trump is not your savior! Nor will he save America! 
Turned out, what was labeled as America First, always meant 
Israel First!
