Both the US and the UK refused to sign the EU’s proposed AI regulatory framework at the Paris AI Safety Summit in April 2025. 
It is no coincidence that in January of this year, Keir Starmer quietly launched AI Growth Zones, these are the digital version of Freeports and SEZs. Deregulation on steroids is a major component of the duopoly's nationwide free zones rollout.
