I did: Datix submitted X Feb 2024, 8pm + exit interview to HR and CEO. Also, she names the chief nurse who said I’d “go missing.” I never did. She did. 🔹 Page 10: Confirms no past NMC referrals or complaints against me. Also confirms nothing has been learned since this. 🔹 Page 11: No other agency was informed—but she called the police. 📸 They’ve used public images and media posts as “evidence”—including articles, letters, and another midwife who also spoke out. 👉 The truth? They were trying to silence me back in 2024. On Page 9, Charlotte states I “cannot adhere to NMC codes,” and that future practice is a “concern.” Yet there are no clinical issues. No patient complaints. Just my voice being punished. The public deserves to know what’s happening behind closed doors. This is not about safety. ‼️ My NMC Fitness to Practise Referral – For Speaking Out - DOC RELEASE ⬇️⬇️
This is what happens when a midwife raises internal safety concerns and speaks out online. A referral was made against me—not for clinical failings, but for challenging unsafe practices. The manager involved is still in post.
🧾 A few key points from the referral (my commentary in bold):
🔹 Page 1: Name redacted, but I sent a cease and desist to my Head of Midwifery, Charlotte (see p.6). 🔹 Page 3: Confirms I raised internal safety concerns. 🔹 Page 4: Claims I “undermine public confidence.” 🔹 Page 5: Witness redacted—likely the same person who screenshot my private FB and sent it to Charlotte. 🔹 Page 6: Charlotte called the police on me. Why? For wanting to conduct a maternity inquiry—which anyone can do. 🔹 Page 7: No clinical concerns. But they disclosed my health condition (new Type X diabetic) and sickness record—breaching GDPR and Data Protection. Claims no mental/physical issues despite holding my grievance evidence. 🔹 Page 8: Says “no other midwife would do what I’ve done.” Also states staffing was safe at the time—despite the context. 🔹 Page 9: Claims I didn’t raise concerns.
