In a separate article, TMZ claimed that he left at 16:04. In the TMZ documentary, Rogelio himself stated that he left between 16:00 and 16:05. Meanwhile, a BBC article reported that Nores left the hotel approximately XX minutes before the incident — which would suggest he left around 16:27. So the question remains: when did he actually leave the hotel? Or, maybe a better question would be — did he leave at all? There is also a testimony from a first-floor guest, who reported that when he went to the reception to alert the staff about the fall, he ran into Nores who was stepping out of the elevator, and heading to the parking area. This can mean one thing — Rogelio was there when it happened. Something that should have been a simple question — when did he step outside the hotel? — now has way too many inconsistent answers.
