"When you're shifting culture, there's certain qualities that you have to have in a HC, & I think Aaron Glenn has them all. He gets the respect from everyone in the locker room just by the way he presents himself. His message to the team has been consistent since day one. He's a straight shooter, & he gets it from a players side. He knows how to take care of us, & he also requires us to work as well too. The conversation is always transparent, & as a player you can respect that, you know what you're getting when you walk in the building, & it doesn't just stop there, it bleeds through the rest of the coaching staff, & it's one message v hearing multiple."
