Run live demos + host events with TradFi Base is using this approach to onboard institutions (they also have deep connections) 3ā£ Offer better incentives for large token lockers / stakers - by providing premium staking tiers for institutions, offering boosted APY 4ā£ After quantifying the benefits / costs of the airdrop, consider not moving ahead with season X 5ā£ Build a selective, high-quality advocate program Focus on recruiting hand picked visionaries, tiered growth paths and rewards to create a loyal high-signal network amplifying Sonic organically Similar to what SEI is efficiently doing with their marketing budget...but better I can go on and on.
