Urban western homes were designed as consumption-only units, unlike rural homes. While this makes sense in space-limited urban areas, suburban designs thoughtlessly replicated this pattern rather than incorporating sustainable rural systems.

Rapid urbanization is straining the outdated grid, making homeownership unaffordable for most people.

Imagine a home that produces more than it consumes, sells the excess in a peer-to-peer economy, and uses the proceeds to sustain a family. Making home affordability real again.

AI and DePIN gave us the tools; we just need the motivation (and deregulation).
