Department Employees worked overtime shifts throughout the evening, responding to XXX calls regarding downed trees and storm debris blocking roads. ⛈️ The City's Emergency Management Agency was also instrumental in storm response, with volunteers being dispatched to support cleanup efforts. The Agency provided excellent recommendations regarding weather monitoring, plus added key insights from ComEd on residents who needed their power restored. ✅ As of this morning, over XXX calls were made to XXX relating to tree damage from the storm.
