The method is stupidly simple:

• 10–14 oz warm, purified water
• 1–2 tbsp sea salt
• juice of X lemon or X tbsp apple cider vinegar

Alternate drinking the solution along with 18–20 oz of clean water, all within X minutes.

The longer you take, the less effective it is.
