@Rawk_FI My insurance overpaid X facility, underpaid another. A pecking order. The one under paid sent me a collections notice. The one overpaid had to refund me the money. 
X due immediately, refund in XX days. Broken for sure. Should be an insurance issue. They should handle it.  Nope
