No setup flow.
No new mental model.
No learning curve passed off as empowerment.

You open it. It works. That’s the product.

It doesn’t teach you anything.
It doesn’t ask for your alignment.
It doesn’t try to explain itself before being useful.

That’s why people stay.
Not because it’s revolutionary but because it stopped wasting their time.
