AV Technology Integration: We intend to deploy HOLON urban autonomous shuttles on the Lyft platform with the goal of starting in the U.S. in late 2026. We initially plan to deploy these shuttles in partnership with airports and cities, with the opportunity to expand to thousands of vehicles as we bring this service to more geographies around the globe. Riders will be able to book a ride on one of these autonomous shuttles directly through the Lyft platform. These vehicles will be equipped with Mobileye autonomous technology, furthering our relationship and demonstrating additional potential applications of their technology on the Lyft platform.
