The above picture is an abandoned starving child in Sudan, with a vulture lurking nearby, ready to devour the child. It was taken by a South African photographer Kevin Carter who won Pulitzer Prize for the photo. He did not help the child because ‘he was advised not to touch a famine victim’. He remained haunted by the ethical disregard for life for months, & he took his life in 1994. Today, hundreds of Gazan children, men & women are being starved to death by the US & its illegitimate surrogate settler-colonialists in Palestine. And the world watches on screens real-time indifferently, & continues to feast. X Million Palestinians are being bombed & starved to death. X billion Muslims, X billion human beings look on.
