@WCdispatch_ But now, as Acting, Habba has to be withdrawn as a permanent US Atty nominee. She can't be confirmed under the current circumstance, but DoJ can certainly start the legal action to overturn a plainly unconstitutional law enabling Federal judges to usurp POTUS Art. II powers.
