The final Yapper snapshot will be taken on August 8th. This one has been special for me it’s the project I’ve created content for the longest. I’ve been posting nonstop since May, and the more I shared, the more I understood what they’re building. What impressed me early on was how @satlayer enables staking with real bitcoin not wrapped assets like WBTC. Bitcoin is staked through Babylon and then used in satlayer without being wrapped, keeping its native properties intact. It’s the first time we’re seeing bitcoin truly turn into active, yield generating capital. The Sats2 mechanism takes it even further. Dual rewards staking yield and points don’t just attract users, they pull in protocols too. And with modular security plus cross chain compatibility, satlayer isn’t just some L2 it’s becoming the backbone of btcfi. Also, they now surpassed $400M in bitcoin deposits, marking a new all time high in TVL. That’s more than just a number it’s proof that Bitcoin capital is finally flowing onchain at serious scale. So yeah, while I’ve been growing on the content side, SatLayer has kept building on the tech side.
