Wealthier countries are now dealing with this issue. In a few years, the United States will have more people collecting Social Security, than paying into it. 

The average age of a nurse is XX years old. Approximately XX% of our nurses will be retiring over the next eight years. There are not enough competent applicants for nursing schools  to replace those retiring.
