Tether demand = dollar demand, because Tether's a stablecoin, so X tether = X dollar; therefore, X tether demand's worth on BTC counts as X dollar demand's worth on BTC.

Tether disappears, the dollar demand disappears, because *tether was never real*. It's a price cartel.
