He’s happy with the squad — yes he is, he’s gotten two of his priority targets, he wanted an over haul and boom X players gone in a blink. 

He knows he can improve the quality of the remaining players while he waits on other targets

What’s hard to understand 

Being happy doesn’t mean he’s already there but he’s on the right track
