ACs are the new reviewers equipped with LLM-as-a-judge!

On a serious note, as the quality of the reviews keeps dropping, all the heavy lifting of the the decision making lies more and more on the shoulders of the ACs! We need to decrease the AC loads to keep this sustainable!
