And what drew you to Polkadot initially? ⚡️ "Most major blockchains have converged around similar ideas or functionalities (I'm generalizing here because, of course, Polkadot's design is superior to competitors). So you might say the industry is selling a "commoditized" product. And in any commoditized market —whether it's sneakers, cars, or mobile phones —brand becomes the differentiating factor. That's what I would like to help solve: to create a really strong brand. Brand is simply the "promise" we make to builders, users, investors etc. Consistency, transparency, resilience. Despite this being a highly technical industry, at the end of the day, it is humans making decisions about which ecosystem to build, so our marketing should appeal to human emotions, which is what a brand does. Another major problem I wanted to tackle was Polkadot's mindshare, which is crucial for attracting top talent and projects. Devs don't just choose an ecosystem based on "the best tech." They want to build where they believe the most interesting projects will emerge, and where they can access the best community and resources. That all begins with a high relative mindshare to competitors."
