I think people far overestimate the financial IQ of the new boogey man the “boomer”. Most of them have no idea how to manage money, will end up in old folks homes and assisted living. Did some of them do very well, yes, but that’s true of every generation. IQ and ambition are not evenly sprinkled throughout a population. The median net worth of a boomer is around $200k, the number many young girls today believe their man should make annually.
