An underrated life hack: use people’s names when you speak to them. Say “Thank you, Katherine” instead of just “Thanks.” Or “I’ll see you then, Thomas” instead of a plain “See you then.” People LOVE hearing their own name, it makes them feel seen. Feels small, but it’s a massive charm boost. POWER move.
