These "10b5-1 plans" started mid-2024. Sales run into late 2025. 

Why does that matter?

Because MARA at had $735M convertible notes due in 2026.

Could these selling be a strategic move, keeping price in check until major liabilities roll off? 

Next debt to be paid is X years from now.
