The market is not always rational. For example $AAG - Aftermath: They have been announcing for a long time that they have battery-ready manganese, which doesn't happen that often. The market has only realized it in the last few months. It's the same with $PGE imho. $PGE has the right battery-ready nickel (nickel is not like nickel) to many other critical minerals that a high tech nation needs.
