WWE waived a clause they have with arenas which prevents the venue from promoting another pro wrestling event before their own show takes place. 

This allowed TNA to announce Bound for Glory for the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts for October XX before WWE's own show in the building on August XX.
