@okhodakivskyi @Cardano_CF * failing to reach XX% doesn't mean they cannot be resubmitted as better proposals immediately 

For example, the stablecoin initiative will be resubmitted after a technical error during submission - they said it will be better when resubmitted. 

There are more months ahead.
