@OptionsHawk Yes, Agentic AI is going to CRM obsolete. I am not sure though that companies like $NOW and $CRM will be the beneficviary though. Ultimately, they may end up with the "IBM" problem of legacy business that stalls them. I think there will be new players who emerge.
